My dad fought a fight against cancer. The day he went into a coma I was out of state, I rushed home and cried all the way knowing that I would never talk to him again. I got to his bedside and he came to I said I love you he mumbled somthing that was the last words he said. I was by his bedside as he took his last breath.
People always said when I was small I was like my dad no way could I be like my dad I was a moma's baby I just happen to have auburn hair like dad.
Now im older I am like my dad both of us are stuborn, we didnt quite see things the same now I do. I learnd from my dad to stand up for what I believe in and dont back down.
My dad served in the Korean war he was a DAV. I would get him to take me out in the yard and do rifel drills when I was younger.
I will always miss my dad he was a great dad and grandpa.

Im kinda homesick for a country to which I never been before.
No sad goodbys will there be spoken for time wont matter anymore.

Beulah Land, im longing for you and someday on thee i'll stand, There my home shall be eternal.
Beulah Land, Sweet Beulah Land

Im looking now across the river where my faith will end in sight
Theres just a few more to labor then I will take my heavenly flight.

Beulah Land, im longing for you and someday on thee i'll stand, There my home shall be eternal.
Beulah Land, Sweet Beulah Land
